Parcel Post Audit / Re-Audit

  • All shipment and billing variables are audited and validated. This includes rates, accessorial, delivery deadlines and times.
  • Depending on the level of audit and service requested, additional services such as identifying and validating shipments billed versus shipments moved, address corrections and validation, general ledger and account number validation, and potential fraud is identified and reported.

Very little time and effort is required from the client. Assembling and sending all of your parcel carrier contracts and rates, and working together to get an electronic file flow of data. 


Ability to accept data directly from the parcel carriers, from the client, third party van, or third party audit or logistics companies. Data is accepted in a variety of formats and mediums.


Parcel audit turnaround time, meaning time the data is received, audited, and when claims are filed ranges from 7 to 15 days. Settlement is then usually achieved within 7 to 15 days, meaning lost monies can be recovered and returned in 30 days or less!
